Ck Tries The New JL Wrangler
Over the weekend I had the chance to take the new JL Jeep Wrangler from my show sponsor, Townsville Auto Group (TAG) for an adventure around town. It's been available in Australia for around 2 months and I've been chomping at the bit to get behind the wheel.
I got my first Jeep back in 2005, a soft top Wrangler 3 door. Unfortunately, due to some poor decisions, I traded it in for a stupid European hatchback a few years later and have regretted it every day since. Flash forward to last Friday and I got a phone call from Adam at TAG telling me to come in and pick up some new wheels for a bit of weekend fun, and to my surprise, it was the bright bad boy!
The Wrangler has changed a lot since I owned one, and all for the better. I found it handled so well on the road and even better up the steep incline of Mount Stuart. I could imagine how awesome this thing goes off the road. On a parental side, we fit 10 green bags in the back as well as our (notoriously big) BugaBoo Chameleon pram.
I think this car is more than capable as a family car and a supreme off-roader!
