Investigations are underway after a car was stolen at Kelso, with a family’s dog inside.
Around 4pm yesterday, a male and female arrived at a location along Miles Avenue and Allambie Lane on scooters.
They approached a woman and a girl, before assaulting them and stealing their black Ford Ranger with Queensland registration 117HT7.

A 43-year-old woman and a 17-year-old girl were taken to hospital with non-life threatening injuries.
Inside the ute was a merle border collie (pictured), which is still missing.
Anyone who has any information about the incident, or knows the whereabouts of the dog or the ute, is urged to contact police.
