A 40-year-old man has died in a single-vehicle crash at Condon.
Emergency services were called to Riverway Drive at around 9am yesterday after reports a Nissan X-Trail had collided with traffic lights.
The car caught fire following the crash with the sole occupant of the vehicle declared dead a short time later.

Anyone who witnessed the crash is being encouraged to contact police.
