Fast Start Program The TDRU and its local clubs have teamed up with Rugby Australia and Queensland Rugby to create an exciting new Come and Try Rugby product.

Fast Start Rugby is a four-week program that offers multiple formats (7s, 10s, XVs) for Junior Players to enjoy in a tournament style event. The low-cost initiative will see weekly payments of no more than $10 collected by clubs for players to participate in the fast-paced games on Friday nights under lights, and on Saturdays.

Clubs and their players will get opportunities to experience Rugby Unions various shortened formats (7s and 10s) before two weekends of 15-a-side (XVs) Rapid Round Rugby will see them play for some silverware. Ages included in Fast Start range from Under 8s to Under 17s for both boys and girls. Grab your mates and get involved!
