Australia’s first homegrown rocket has had it’s test flight postponed for the fourth time with Gilmour Space standing down from this week’s launch window – aiming for a new window starting from July 27.
The Bowen-based company says operational delays set them back a day and the latest upper wind forecasts have now ruled out a safe launch from Thursday through the rest of the week.
Gilmour Space are reminding the public rocket launches are complex and delays for a first-of-its-kind test flight are to be expected.
