Police are hunting two people following an armed robbery in Townsville.
A police spokesperson says a woman and a man, armed with a large carving knife, robbed a convenience store on Mooney Street in Gulliver at 6.15pm, Tuesday.
The armed man threatened the female shopkeeper, before the pair stole property and fled in a sedan parked nearby.

Townsville Criminal Investigations Branch is investigating, with the two offenders still on the run.
Police are appealing for any witnesses or anyone with dashcam or CCTV footage to come forward.
