Police are investigating after a pair of teenagers reportedly fled the scene of a crash in Kirwan.
Just before 6am yesterday, a white Mazda lost control at the roundabout on Golf Links Drive and Willowbank Drive, smashing into a light pole. The 17-year-old driver and his 18-year-old passenger ran before officers arrived.
Both were later located, with paramedics taking them to hospital in stable condition. Police confirmed no one was seriously injured and investigations into the incident are ongoing.

Residents are reminded to drive carefully, especially around roundabouts, to avoid similar accidents.
