A woman has been left fighting for her life after a serious dog attack in Townsville’s south.
Emergency services were called to a private home in Wulguru just before 5pm on Monday, where the woman suffered a severe leg wound in the incident.
She was rushed to Townsville University Hospital in a life-threatening condition.

Police are now investigating the circumstances surrounding the attack.
