Jennifer Aniston is set to star in a new TV show from Apple TV+. Based on the iCarly actress, Jennete McCurdy’s memoir, Jennifer Aniston will be staring in “I’m Glad My Mom Died”.
Aniston will both serve as star and executive producer for a 10-episode run of the show. The show focuses on an 18-year old actress who is the lead of a hit show and the relationship she has with her moth, Aniston is set to play the mother.
Jennete McCurdy’s memoir primarily discusses the troubling upbringing she had with her mother as she rose to fame as a child actress, as well as dealing with topics that include addiction, and eating disorders. It’s not all doom and gloom though as the book does detail how McCurdy slowly overcame these troubles.
