Three prisoners are on the run after absconding from Townsville Correctional Centre Low Custody yesterday.
Police and Queensland Corrective Services officers are searching for 34-year-old prisoner Trent Darby Ryan, 28-year-old Daimien Gary Richard Izzard and 22-year-old Dallas Wayne Quakawoot.
Trent Darby Ryan is currently serving 1 year 3 months for Assault occasioning actual bodily harm.
Daimien Gary Richard Izzard is currently serving 2 years 6 months for Drive under the influence of alcohol or other substance.
Dallas Wayne Quakawoot is currently serving 4 years 3 months for Armed robbery.
